COMPOZITIES Standard Microglobulina 1 x 1 mL (BioSystems cod. 31122). Ser uman. Concentraia este marcata pe flacon. Valoarea este trasabila la materialul biologic de referina WHO B2M (National Institute for Biological Standards and Control, NIBSC). Componenta umana utilizata pentru preparareastandardului a fost testata si a fost gasitanegativa pentru prezenta anticorpilor anti-HCV siHIV precum si pentru antigenul HBs. Totusi,standardul trebuie manipulat cu precauie, ca sicum ar fi potential infecios.DEPOZITARE SI STABILITATE Se va depozita la 2-8°C. Serul liofilizat este stabil pana la data expirarii indicata pe eticheta. Serul se reconstituie cu 1 ml de apa distilata. Componentele reconstituite sunt stabile pentru o luna la 2-8 oC. INSTRUCTIUNI DE UTILIZAREPentru ser: Standardul reconstituit este gata de utilizare. Pentru urina: Standardul reconstituit se dilueaza 1/6 cu NaCl 9 g/l (50 µl standard + 250 µl solutie salina)
