IAURT 2,8% Gr.,PAHARE 200 GR. obtine din lapte vaca pasteurizat, cu adaos de culturi de bacterii lactice selectionate, produsul se fabrica conform instructiilor tehnologice aprobate, fara conservanti. Proprietati organoleptice: culoare alba, de lapte cu aspect de coagul fin, compact, fara eliminare de zer, miros si gust placut racoritor, specific fermentatiei lactice. La rupere cu aspect de portelan.Proprietati fizice si chimice: gr. 2.8% +/- 0.1%, temp la livrare 2o-8oC, substanta uscata min. 11,3 %, aciditate in grade Thorner 85 – 135, substante proteice min. 3,2 %, zer max. 5 %.
