Aranjarea documentelor astfel incat la legare sa se poata citi, eliminarea acelor, agrafelor, capselor si introducerea documentelor in coperti de arhivare confecionate din carton de legatorie 1,5 mm grosime si cotor imitatie de piele neagra. Etichetarea dosarului la cotor pe autocolant alb si pe prima coperta pe eticheta ce contine toate datele conform legislatiei in vigoare(unitate, compartiment, nr.dosar, continut pe scurt, indicativ din nomenclator, date extreme si termen de pastrare).
