Acesta include asistenta tehnica off si on site, disponibilitate 24 ore x 7 zile, timp de interventie in functie de gravitatea problemelor si mentenanta hardware pentru 1 server, 2 UPS , 1 sistem telefonie IP, 71 sisteme supraveghere video si 4 videoproiectoare cu ecran de protectie. Prestatorul isi va asuma conditiile solicitate in caietul de sarcini si in oferta tehnico-financiara prezentata. Piesele de schimb si consumabilele nu sunt incluse in valoarea contractului.
