Tramadol Kalceks este utilizat pentru reducerea durerii moderate sau severe. 
Substanța activă a Tramadol Kalceks este clorhidratul de tramadol  și acționează asupra sistemului nervos central ca analgezic opioid (blochează durerea). Tramadol Kalceks reduce durerea datorită efectului său asupra celulelor nervoase specifice din măduva spinării și creier.
