OXIVIR PLUS - DEZINFECTANT CONCENTRAT PENTRU SUPRAFETE SI DISPOZITIVE MEDICALE, LA BIDON DE 5 L. Produsul va fi insotit obligatoriu de urmatoarele documente: - aviz sanitar si aviz sanitar de prelungire ( daca avizul initial pentru produsul biocid a fost prelungit); - autorizatie de recunoastere mutuala- daca este cazul; - certificat de calitate pentru fiecare lot ; - fisa cu datele de securitate pentru fiecare lot. Toate aceste documente vor fi prezentate in limba romana. Precizam faptul ca suntem unitate sanitara. Avizul pentru produse biocide de care va fi insotit produsul este nr Nr. 2605BIO/02/12.24. Produsul va fi de tipul TP 2. PRODUSUL VA FI LIVRAT IN MAXIM 2 ZILE CALENDARISTICE DE LA DELIBERAREA PE SEAP. PREZENTA TINE LOC DE COMANDA FERMA.
