Test cantitativ pentru determinarea D-Dimer cu analizorul de imunologie CT3; Principiul de masurare: teste de imunodiagnostic intr-un singur pas, cromatografic stratificat, aur-coloidal; • Foloseste metoda de masurare cu flux lateral (Lateral Flow Assay) • Particulele sunt aur coloidal conjugat cu componentele specifice testului – anticorpi sau antigene – depinzand de formatul testului • Aceste particule absorb lumina emisa de un panou cu LED-uri si coloreaza linia de test. Gradul de colorare este masurat de un senzor de imagine tip CMOS.
