SANOSIL S 010 AG - dezinfectant folosit pentru dezinfectia prin nebulizare a aeromicroflorei si a suprafetelor . Pretul se va oferta pentru 1 l. Produsul va fi insotit obligatoriu de urmatoarele documente: - aviz sanitar si aviz sanitar de prelungire ( daca avizul initial pentru produsul biocid a fost prelungit). - autorizatie de recunoastere mutuala- daca este cazul; - certificat de calitate pentru fiecare lot ( declaratie de conformitate) ; fisa cu datele de securitate. Toate aceste documente vor fi prezentate in limba romana. Precizam faptul ca suntem unitate sanitara si produsul biocid pe care dorim sa il achizitionam este de tip 2. Avizul pentru produse biocide de care va fi insotit produsul este nr. 1971BIO/02/12.24. Produsele vor fi livrate maxim in data de 28.12.2020.
