Calibrant pentru spectrometrul de masa MALDI-TOF Bruker: Solutie test bacteriana standard care contine un extract alfa-DH5 din tulpina de Escherichia coli cu profil proteic si peptidic caracteristic spectrometriei de masa MALDI-TOF; Extractul este amplificat cu doua proteine aditionale, care cresc limitele de masa acoperite de solutia BTS; Intervalul de masa proteica cuprins intre 3,6 si 17 kDa. Fiecare tub contine material suficient pentru a acoperi prepararea a 40 tinte spot ale placii. Soluția BTS dizolvată este stabilă timp de 5 luni la -18°C m - IVD Matrix HCCA-portioned Acid α-ciano-4-hidroxicinamic, substanta matriceala purificata pentru MALDI-TOF-MS.
