Solutie sterila hipertonica cu clorura de sodiu si sarea sodica a acidului lactobionic, fara conservanti, utila pentru lubrifierea suprafetei ochiului in prezenta edemului ocular. Acidul lactobionic este un acid poli-hidroxilat complex alcatuit din acid gluconic si galactoza. Aceasta molecula are o puternica actiune de hidratare si proprietati antioxidante.
