Homogeneous, free flowing and light-toasted. If any changes phisically, discard product.
Colour of the prepared medium Clear amber, slightly opalescent
pH (25°C) 6.8-7.2
Microbiological test passes test
Concentration of use 23.5g/L
Preparation:
Dissolve 23.5 gr on 1 L with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes
Once opened avoid hydration
Storage temperature 2-25°C
