Spitalul de Psihiatrie Sapoca - Buzau Pentru : Sapoca - Nifon - Ojasca. INTERVENTIA LA CERERE CONSTATARE DEFECT UTILAJE Ho.Re.Ca. , conform contract se efectueaza ori de cate ori se va solicita/constata anumite defectiuni, in termen de 48 ore de la instintarea telefonica facuta de Beneficiar. Interventiile vor avea loc in timpul programului normal de lucru ,de luni pana vineri ,intre orele 8.00 - 16.00 ,cu exceptia zilelor declarate sarbatori legale. Interventia constatare la cerere se va factura cu suma de 250 lei (Nu se aplica TVA ), constand in 1 deplasare Bucuresti-Buzau-Bucuresti.
