Acesta protejeaza ficatul de compusii toxici rezultati din alimentatie sau din consumul excesiv de alcool si medicamente si stimuleaza regenerarea celulelor hepatice. Totodata, stimuleaza eliberarea bilei si regleaza transaminazele si metabolismul hepatic. Liv 52 sirop de la Himalaya este indicat in hepatite acute si cronice, dischinezie biliara, steatoza hepatica, anorexie si malnutritie.
