Skinman soft protect- dezinfectant pentru maini . Pretul se va oferta pentru un bidon de 5 l. Produsul va fi insotit obligatoriu de urmatoarele documente: - aviz sanitar si aviz sanitar de prelungire ( daca avizul initial pentru produsul biocid a fost prelungit). - autorizatie de recunoastere mutuala- daca este cazul; - certificat de calitate pentru fiecare lot ; - fisa cu datele de securitate pentru fiecare lot; Toate aceste documente vor fi prezentate in limba romana. Precizam faptul ca suntem unitate sanitara si produsul biocid pe care dorim sa il achizitionam este de tip 1. Avizul pentru produse biocide de care va fi insotit produsul este nr. 2673BIO/01/12.24. Se va atasa la livrare si declaratie de conformitate pe lot. Prezenta tine loc de comanda ferma.
