Aceasta achizitie tine loc de comanda trimisa prin fax, conf. solicitarilor din referatul de necesitate aprobat cu nr. 10343 din 17.11.2021. Achizitia se poate realiza pe baza de document justificativ, respectiv factura, cf. art. 7 din L98/2016 si art. 43 din HG 395/2016.; Serviciile vor fi conforme cu cerintele din caietul de sarcini si propunerea financiara asumata, in vederea prestarii de servicii, cu incheiere de contract pe perioada Martie - Decembrie 2022.
