PRINCIPIUL METODEI: Testul de VDRL este un test non-treponemal pentru detectia calitativa si semicantitativa a reaginelor din proba umana. Antigenul, o suspensie de particule acoperite cu complexe lipidice care aglutineaza in prezenta reaginelor din ser. CITIRE SI INTERPRETARE: Examinati prezenta sau absenta aglutinarii imediat dupa rotatie cu ajutorul microscopului de lumina (100X). CARACTERISTICI ALE PERFORMANTEI: Specificitate de diagnostic: 100 %; Sensibilitate de diagnostic: 100 %.
