Pansament pentru tratamentul plagilor cu strat superior din poliuretan, permeabil pentru vaporii de apa. Efectul capilar puternic al structurii poroase hidrofile permite transferul rapid al exsudatului si asigura un mediu umed, echilibrat, bacteriile si celulele moarte ramanand prinse in pansament, chiar si cand se aplica presiune. PermaFoam este un pansament moale, fin, cu bune proprietati de tamponare; disponibil in diferite dimensiuni si forme.
