- desprafuire documente;
- ordonarea documentelor conform nomenclatorului arhivistic al unitatii si
- numerotarea filelor;
- toaletarea documentelor;
- indosarierea documentelor;
- inventarierea unitatii arhivistice;
- opisarea dosarelor si sigilarea acestora;
