TRUSA PENTRU DETERMINAREA ANTICORPILOR ANTI-STREPTOLIZINA O PRINCIPIUL METODEI: Testul ASO latex este un test rapid de aglutinare pe lama pentru detectia calitativa si semicantitativa a anti-streptolizinei O (ASLO) in probele de ser uman. Antigenul, o suspensie de particule latex acoperite cu streptolizina O, aglutineaza in prezenta anticorpilor specifici prezenti in serul pacientilor cu infectie cu Streptococ β hemolitic (grup A, C si G). CARACTERISTICI ALE PERFORMANTEI: Sensibilitate analitica: 200 (150-250) IU/ml; Sensibilitate de diagnostic: 98%; Specificitate de diagnostic: 97%.
