- 1990 lei + tva - reprezinta chiria lunara pentru 25 buc multifunctionale A4 alb-negru RICOH IM350 si 1 buc multifunctionala A3 color RICOH MPC3004.
- 1600 lei + tva reprezentand un volum maxim de 40.000 pag A4 alb-negru  (0.04 lei + tva pagina A4 alb-negru )
