Audit intern laborator laborator analize medicale cf. ISO 15189:2013, cu desfăsurarea 
urmatoarelor etape :
1. Realizarea auditului intern al cerintelor de management si al cerintelor tehnice, conform SR ISO 15189:2013
 (Cerinte de Management pct. 4.1-4.15 si Cerinte tehnice pct. 5.1-5.10), reprezentând: auditul sistemului de management al calității în cadrul laboratorului de analize medicale si  auditul activităților tehnice din cadrul compartimentelor: biochimie, hematologie, imunologie, microbiologie.
2. Stabilirea activităţilor care necesită îmbunătăţire şi propunerea acţiunilor corective necesare.

Activitatea se va desfasura în laborator pe parcursul a 2 zile
