Chestionarul de evaluare a simptomelor copilului - 4 (CSI-4) este un instrument de screening care evalueaza cele mai prevalente tulburari psihiatrice manifestate la copii cu vârste între 7 si 12 ani. Itemii cuprinsi în CSI-4 se bazeaza pe criteriile de diagnostic prevazute de Asociatia Americana de Psihiatrie (1994) în Manualul de diagnostic si statistica a tulburarilor mentale (DSM).
