Verificare aparat Jaeger MasterScreen Body-Diff. Se verifica: - ambient module - pneumotach O-rings - zero and gain at the PT-pressure transducer (use EASI-Test and reference PT-screen) - zero (and gain*) at the PV-pressure transducer (use EASI-Test and reference pressure*) - shutter valves for easy rotation (torque) - shutter valve for leak - PT-flange, fittings and plastic elbows for cracks (replace if necessary) - zero and gain at PB- and PV-pressure transducer (use EASI-TEST and Body Calibration) - flexible tube for wear and leak (replace if necessary) - check temperature insulation at Helium sensor (p/n 845 568) - analyzer (sample) pump alignment and adjust if necessary - zero and gain factor at the CO analyzer fuel cell (use EASI-Test and gas calibration; analyzer fuel cells with gain factor >1.6 should be replaced) - support arm tension (brake screw) - 50ml sine pump - Body Close Valve hub - Pressure Safety Valve (if available) for leak and proper function (o-ring 851032) - all 3 door lock brackets (replace if necessary) - body box for leak (use body box calibration) Costul componentelor care necesita schimbare si manopera nu este inclus.
