În perioada de garanție, toate costurile de service privind repararea și/sau înlocuirea aparatelor, accesoriilor sau pieselor / componentelor defecte se face gratuit de către furnizorul echipamentului .Timp de intervenție service – max. 24 de ore dupa instiintarea furnizorului pe fax. INSTALARE ŞI PUNERE ÎN FUNCŢIUNE - Prin grija furnizorului, la sediul beneficiarului. INSTRUIRE PERSONAL - Instruirea personalului la sediul beneficiarului dupa punerea in functiune a echipamentului.
