Achizitiei din SEAP (DA) - Declaratie de conformitate alaturi de certificatul de conformitate, unde este cazul Factura va respecta intocmai denumirea si caracteristicile produsului conform achizitiei din SEAP NU SE VOR LIVRA PRODUSELE FARA COMANDA SEMNATA DIN PARTEA CONDUCERII UNITATII SPITALICESTI.
