Achizitie cnf. document nr. 9705/ 22.05.2024 RADIOLOGIE Interventiile efectuate la solicitarea beneficiarului, la pretul de 3600 lei / interventie/ constatare nefunctionalitate, coform oferta de pret 71/18.01.2024. Serviciile de interventii la solicitarea beneficiarului, presupun constatarea defectiunilor aparute si remedierea acestora, dupa caz, in termen de maxim 48 ore de la solicitare. Componentele echipamentului medical constatate ca fiind defecte, vor fi consemnate distinct in raportul de service intocmit cu ocazia interventiei si nu fac obiectul acestei oferte.
