COMPOZITIE: g/l Peptona 20.0 Lactoza 10.0 Saruri biliare No.3 1.5 NaCl 5.0 pH: 7.1 +/- 0.2 Rosu neutru 0.03 Violet cristale 0.001 Agar 15.0 MOD de PREPARARE Se suspenda 51.5 g intr-un litru apa distilata. Se aduce la fierbere pina la dizolvarea completa. Se sterilizeaza prin autoclavare la 121?C timp de 15 minute.
