kitul de fibrinogen este destinat pentru determinarea cantitativa a fibrinogenului în plasma umana. Testul se bazeaza pe metoda de masurare a timpului de coagulare a unei probe dupa adaugarea de trombina, Clauss1. Acest timp de coagulare este proportional cu concentratia fibrinogenului în proba. Kitul de Fibrinogen este potrivit pentru fi folosit pentru automate, semi-automate si pentru metoda manuala . Kitul contine : 10 × 2ml Thrombin Reagent ; Stabilitate dupa reconstituire : Thrombin Reagent: 7 zile la 2…6°C;
