Prestatorul se obligă să acorde asistenţă tehnică necesară funcţionării în condiţii optime si sigure, prin intervenţii service efectuate la solicitarea beneficiarului si prin revizii efectuate periodic la 3 luni, la sistemul de supraveghere video Prețul nu include costul eventualelor piese de schimb ce vor fi inlocuite sau a materialelor folosite la reparatii, acestea se vor achita suplimentar pe baza unui deviz antecalcul aprobat de catre beneficiar.
