Aceasta achizitie s-a initiat in baza ref. I-11795/06.04.2026 intocmit de director ingrijiri medicale si aprobat de conducerea spitalului. Avem rugamintea sa livrati produsele dupa ce va transmitem pe email comanda vizata CFP si semnata.
