Miofilin este un medicament pentru tratamentul bolilor obstructive ale căilor respiratorii utilizat în:
- tratamentul bronhospasmului şi profilaxia de durată a crizelor de dispnee în formele uşoare şi
moderate de astm bronşic;
- bronhopneumopatia obstructivă cronică, forma spastică.
