(Triple Sugar Iron Agar) 1.Compozitie: Peptonã din caseina 15 g/l Peptona pancreatica din carne 5 g/l Extract de carne 3 g/l Yeast extract 3 g/l Lactoza 10 g/l Zaharoza 10 g/l Glucozã 1 g/l Sulfat feros 0,5 g/l Tiosulfat de sodiu 0,3 g/l Rosu fenol 0,024 g/l Clorurã de sodiu 5 g/l Agar bacteriologic 12 g/l pH = 7,2 ± 0,1 2.Prezentare : Tuburi sticla cu 7 ml mediu 3.Principiu si interpretare Este un mediu recomandat pentru teste biochimice, utilizat la analiza carnii, laptelui si a altor produse alimentare( test de confirmare pentru Salmonella si de identificare a bacililor Gram-negativi). 4.Recomandari de pastrare: Se pastreaza in flacoane de sticla bruna la temperaturi sub 30 °C ferite de lumina 5.Valabilitate: 3 luni in limita termenului inscris pe eticheta si in conditii corespunzatoare de pastrare.
