Testul rapid PSA este un test rapid imunocromatografic pentru detectia semi-cantitativa a PSA (antigen specific prostatic) din probe de sange total/ser/plasma. - Senzitivitate: 98,1% (interval de incredere: 95,3%-99,5%) - Specificitate: 98,7% (interval de incredere: 97,3%-99,5%); - Acuratete: 98,6% (interval de incredere: 97,4%-99,3%). Antigenul specific prostatei este cel mai important marker in evaluarea cancerului de prostata si are utilitate atat in depistarea, cat si in monitorizarea acestei afectiuni. Testul rapid PSA foloseste metoda imunocromatografica in faza solida de tip sandwich pentru detectia semi-cantitativa a antigenului specific prostatic din probe de sange total/ser/plasma. Este cel mai folositor test pentru diagnosticarea cancerului de prostata si pentru infectia prostatei din hiperplazia prostatica benigna (BPH). Casete ambalate individual Kit cu 25 teste. Marcaj CE.
