Diazepam concentratie 5 mg/ml , forma de ambalare 10 mg/2 ml soluţie injectabilă este utilizat pentru:
 Anxietate (stare de frică nejustificată) şi probleme de somn (insomnie).
 Spasme musculare (crampe), cum sunt cele cauzate de spasticitatea cerebrală. Contracturi
musculare – contracţii izolate şi prelungite ale muşchilor, tetanos.
 Epilepsie (convulsii).
 Realizarea relaxării înainte de o operație (premedicație)
