The median base salary for fizician medical in public hospitals is 7,933 lei gross per month, calculated from 29 positions in 16 hospitals (each hospital's most recent list (2024-03-31 – 2026-03-31)). The lowest found is 3,387 lei, the maximum 10,001 lei. Bonuses, on-call shifts and allowances are not included.
The highest median base salary is at Spitalul Judetean De Urgenta Bistrita (Bistriţa-Năsăud): 10,001 lei. The lowest is at Spitalulul Clinic de Ortopedie Traumatologie si Tbc Osteoarticular Foisor (Bucureşti): 3,723 lei. The differences come mostly from seniority step, professional grade and job classification.
