The highest median base salary is at Spitalul Judetean De Urgenta Bistrita (Bistriţa-Năsăud): 7,588 lei. The lowest is at Spitalul Judetean Satu Mare (Satu Mare): 3,265 lei. The differences come mostly from seniority step, professional grade and job classification.
